Hi, I’m Erika 👋 and I’m passionate about providing users with the best product experience through data-driven findings and user-centered design.
I'm a Senior Growth Product Designer II for Articulate, and helped shape the Growth team from its inception. I've previously worked as a Senior Growth Product Designer at Shopify and Codecademy, and before then at United Airlines in product design and product management having focuses in account management and onboard wi-fi & entertainment.
I have a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University. Before working in product, I started my career in social media customer experience which I've found valuable in shaping how I understand customer problems.
When I'm not solving product puzzles, you can find me enjoying life in Cleveland hanging out with friends on a patio, playing shuffleboard, or biking around the neighborhood.
