Hi, I’m Erika 👋 and I’m passionate about providing users with the best product experience through data-driven findings and user-centered design. I currently work as a UX designer for United Airlines leading design for multiple product spaces. I originally began my journey on the product management side as a business analyst and product manager. While working in product management, my curiosity grew for UX research and design. I realized the importance of incorporating both into my work, and took a focus on UX within my business analyst role before transitioning into a full-time UX position. When I'm not solving product puzzles, you can find me working on art projects, exploring my neighborhood on long walks, and expanding my food palate trying some new restaurants.
